Most products within the Plum Shop take only a few minutes to set up and can be launched the same day or can be set up with a future launch date. Once you click 'Get Started' on a chosen product, our platform will walk you through a very simple set of steps to set up and launch your program.
For custom projects, you'll work with one of our experienced custom solutions managers. Set up timelines vary depending on our team's workload and the complexity of your project. We can usually launch within 1-2 business days after a formal statement of work is signed. You can always set the launch date as far in advance as you'd like so it never hurts to request your project sooner rather than later.
